"I have been pressured since handling the Vadel case until he became a suspect and was detained. When will Mr. Razman resign, since he has been detained?" said Razman when met in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta, Saturday (22/3/2025).
Razman assesses that there are indications of dishonesty in this case, both from the family and Vadel himself. According to him, this is one of the reasons why this case has become increasingly complicated. "I have conveyed to Rahmat and the team, indeed we are disappointed because we suspect there is dishonesty in this Vadel case, including from Vadel himself," Razman continued.
Razman also admitted that he has advised the Badjideh family to consider legal action against Lolly, who is suspected of being involved in this case based on his confession in the Minutes of Examination (BAP). The allegation of abortion revealed in the BAP is one of the points that Razman believes is worthy of legal processing. "But the Badjideh family seems hesitant. We do not understand why they are hesitant," Razman expressed with a tone of disappointment.
As legal counsel, Razman emphasized that he will not tolerate lies in this case. He is even prepared to take more stringent legal action if it is proven that any party is hiding facts or not being honest during the legal process.
Razman also highlighted the Vadel family's attitude of considering withdrawing the report against Nikita Mirzani, who was previously reported for alleged abuse. According to Razman, this decision must be coordinated with him first as the official legal counsel for Vadel.
"Feel free if they want to withdraw and coordinate it with us. It should be noted that we have legally bound ourselves carefully and meticulously.
