She spoke out by holding a press conference without a Q&A session with journalists in the Panglima Polim area of South Jakarta on Tuesday (6/6/2023).

Rebecca Klopper's courage to speak out is not separated from the support of her family, as well as her legal counsel and also her partner Fadly Faisal who always faithfully accompanies her.

"Thank God she's stronger now, brave and starting to be able to interact. (The press conference) is her will and also the support of her family," said Sandy Arifin, Rebecca Klopper's legal counsel after the press conference.

Sandy Arifin said that he is not only focused on providing legal assistance to Rebecca Klopper. As a lawyer, he also wants his client's mental state to quickly recover and be brave enough to speak out.

In the future, he also stated that he will accompany Rebecca Klopper to receive counseling from a psychologist to overcome the problems that affect her mental and physical health.

"We will accompany her to our psychologist and make a report to the National Commission on Violence Against Women. God willing, in the near future," said Sandy Arifin.
