Regarding Child Support from Eryck Amaral, Aura Kasih: He Never Sends It

Kapanlagi.com - Aura Kasih is undergoing her first divorce hearing at the South Jakarta Religious Court today, Wednesday (28/4). Due to the unknown whereabouts of Eryck Amaral, the Panel of Judges immediately decided in absentia.

As it is known, Eryck Amaral left Indonesia and there has been no news of him since February 2020. During his disappearance, he never provided any financial support to Aura Kasih and their daughter, Arabella.

"I never asked and he never sent anything, so it's okay. As long as we can still provide for our child, it's fine. Oh, I forgot (the last time I received support)," said Aura Kasih, who was met after the hearing.

1. Does Not Want to Demand Financial Support

After this divorce, Aura Kasih does not want to demand alimony or marital property from Eryck Amaral. She believes that sustenance is already arranged by Allah SWT, so she is never afraid.

"No (demanding). What's important to me is to finish it first. For me, sustenance is in Allah's hands, meaning everything has its portion. No need to worry about sustenance, in my opinion, Bella herself has her own sustenance. So there's no need to be bothered by that," she said.

2. Allow Father to Visit the Child

However, despite that, the singer of Mari Bercinta will not sever the relationship between her child and the father. If someday Eryck Amaral wants to meet his child, Aura Kasih still allows it.

"Yes, it's allowed, however, because he is still inside Bella, so religiously, we are not allowed to sever the relationship. If he doesn't inform or ask about the child, I will be open," she concluded.
