Remembering Three Years of Julia Perez's Departure, Ruben Onsu: I Miss Talking on the Phone

"Surely, three years have many memories. I think I have many interesting and sweet stories that I can continue to remember. I like to smile to myself when I remember," said Ruben Onsu when met on Jalan Kapten Tendean, Mampang, South Jakarta, Wednesday (10/6).

1. Missing Phone Calls

Left by Julia Perez, it turns out that there is something that Ruben misses the most, which is communicating with his friend through phone calls. Apparently, these two friends used to communicate a lot via phone calls.

"I miss phone calls, because she is one of the people who calls me 4 to 5 times a day, I miss her so much," he said.

2. Still Keeping the Number and Last Chat

Because of frequent communication via phone calls in the past, until now Ruben still keeps the phone number and last chat of Julia Perez as a memento. He also still communicates with Julia Perez's family through her sister, Della Perez.

"I still save her number, I still have her last chat," he continued.

3. Sending Prayers From Home

In the midst of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Ruben admitted that he is not yet brave enough to visit Julia Perez's grave directly. On this three-year anniversary, for now Ruben is sending prayers from home first.

"I'm not brave yet, in the current condition I haven't been able to come to the funeral, just be patient and send prayers first," said Ruben.

4. Message for Fans

Not forgetting, Ruben also conveyed a few words for Julia Perez's loyal fans who have always supported him even though she is no longer here.

"To all Julia Perez's fans, thank you, there are still many Jupenizers who always support, always loyal, keep supporting, thank you for being Jupe's fans, even though Jupe is no longer here," he concluded.
