In fact, he admits to having a desire to become a pastor. He is currently studying theology as his guidance.
"I am currently taking online classes, majoring in Theology. I'm doing this so that I won't go astray, to have a guide," said Rendy Kjaernett when met in Senayan, Central Jakarta.
In addition to being busy with college, Rendy Kjaernett apparently is also actively involved in church ministry. He believes that this is like a calling from God for him.
"I want to serve again. Hopefully, God is pleased," he said.
Furthermore, Rendy Kjaernett also feels grateful that he can now draw closer to God. He does all of this because he doesn't want to go in the wrong direction and repeat the same mistakes for the second time.
"His worship, hopefully there is approval. I want to learn to be close to God, so that I don't go astray," he concluded.
