Puput reported the father of the late Vanessa Angel, because she believed that Doddy Sudrajat had gone too far and caused her son with the initial A to have disturbed psychological condition.
"As a mother, I am just like any other mother in the world, where I feel that my child's psychological condition is disturbed by the words of his own biological father. It's really painful," said Puput while shedding tears, at the SPKT Polda Metro Jaya after reporting Doddy Sudrajat.
Still shedding tears, Puput emphasized that her firm stance in reporting Doddy Sudrajat was not to ask Doddy to admit A as his biological child.
She reported Doddy, solely as a form of her struggle as a mother to maintain and improve the psychological condition of her 7-year-old child.
"Here I am not trying to force recognition. That's not what I want, because it's not important to me actually. I am only preparing and dealing with my child's psyche," she said.
In addition, she also wants to give a deterrent effect to Doddy Sudrajat and hopes that there will be no other fathers like Doddy Sudrajat.
"I want to focus on my child's psyche that needs to be saved, so that there will be no more parents like this in the world," she said.
Facing this problem, Puput has also sought assistance from the Integrated Service Center for Women and Children Empowerment (P2TP2A) and the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI).
"Yes, we went to the right psychologist. My lawyer suggested going to P2TP2A. Of course, there are consequences, counseling and guidance means that my psyche and my child's psyche are examined for their psychological condition," she said.
"Inshallah, hopefully KPAI will also support and help and will accompany us until this case is resolved," she added.
