Kapanlagi.com - South Jakarta Religious Court granted Deddy Mahendra Desta's divorce request against Natasha Rizky. This was stated by Dolly Siregar, Natasha Rizky's legal representative in South Jakarta Religious Court, on Monday (19/6/2023).
"Today is the verdict, the divorce request is granted. The verdict is in accordance with the agreement yesterday," said Dolly Siregar.
Dolly Siregar stated that the decision has been agreed upon by Desta and Natasha Rizky. Regarding the custody of children and property division, both parties have reached an agreement.
"As for the children, the others cannot be mentioned. There are no property demands, it has been divided in the agreement," she said.
Furthermore, Dolly added that Natasha Rizky agreed to raise their three children together. Moreover, Natasha Rizky did not restrict Desta from meeting their children.
"The agreement is in Caca, but Desta is free to take care of them together," she said.
As is known, Desta filed for divorce from Natasha Rizky at the South Jakarta Religious Court on May 11, 2023, through e-court. Desta's divorce petition was accepted by the South Jakarta Religious Court, with case number 1583/Pdt.G/2023/PAJS.
Meanwhile, for their marriage, Desta and Natasha Risky officially tied the knot on April 21, 2013. They got married with a considerable age gap of 16 years, and during their marriage, they were blessed with three children.
