Request for Vanessa's Guardianship Rights, Bibi's Father: Don't Take Orphaned Child's Inheritance

Kapanlagi.com - Faisal, the father of the late Bibi Andriansyah, revealed that his family has filed for guardianship rights over Gala Sky in court because they could not find a common ground with Vanessa Angel's family. They have tried to discuss it with Doddy Sudrajat, but have not reached an agreement.

However, because their relationship with Doddy has been good so far, Faisal believes that Vanessa's father will not change. That's why he didn't submit a written agreement beforehand, as the guardianship of Gala was only a verbal agreement.

"I feel that Mr. Doddy is also my family. According to me, he won't change, that's why I didn't submit a written agreement. If he says yes, then it's yes. If he agrees, I think that's true. That's why I went to court, and he also went to court. Signing to show that he agrees," said Faisal when met today, Tuesday (23/11).

However, the issue of Gala's custody has heated up and there are different claims from each party. Faisal has not communicated with Doddy yet, but he hopes for the best for Gala.

"We haven't (communicated) because it's only been a few days (since filing to the court). Hopefully, I can get guidance, he can get guidance. And we can have the best discussion. I don't want my child and grandchild to suffer, because he is an orphan," he said.

"Don't make a wrong move, don't let his rights be taken away, this is the right of an orphan. Even though he is my grandchild, I don't want his inheritance to be mixed or taken by me. I want to give something valuable for his future. I don't know if I will live long or short. I want to do my best to support his life if I die early, then who will he turn to for his inheritance?" he concluded.

Faisal also emphasized that they are still waiting for the court's decision. However, he believes that Doddy surely has good intentions for his grandchild and Faisal doesn't want to hastily judge based solely on news from the media.
