Due to this resemblance, netizens hope that Nita will follow in Agnez's footsteps as a singer. However, she instead made her acting debut in a horror genre film.
"Actually, it's not necessary (to become a singer) just because of the resemblance. Everyone has different abilities," said Nita when met at Epicentrum XXI, Rasuna Said area, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (16/1/2024).
Nita Gunawan is interested in exploring the field of acting because she loves it. She even has a desire to be involved in action genre acting projects.
"I prefer the world of acting. When asked what kind of film I want to do next, I always want action films," said Nita.
"I am a bit of a tomboy, so I prefer challenging and dangerous acting roles," she continued.
In her acting debut, Nita Gunawan was involved in a horror film titled RAMBUT KAFAN. During filming, she didn't feel scared, but her energy was drained.
"During filming, there is no fear, just that it is draining. The shooting took place from midnight until dawn," said Nita.
"Optimal stamina is needed there because of the chase, and then there is the use of a sling," she continued.
