Kevin Sanjaya, former national badminton player, is now increasingly serious about the business world after retiring from the sport that brought him various achievements. "Chanba Private Room Grill comes as an answer to the community's need for a dining place that not only serves delicious dishes but also provides an unforgettable experience," he said as quoted by detikhot, Friday (1/24/2025).
This restaurant offers an all-private Japanese grill dining concept aimed at providing a unique and memorable dining experience for visitors.
"With the all-private Japanese grill dining concept, we are proud to present this restaurant in the Puri Kembangan area and continue our previous success," he said.
Kevin explained that choosing the culinary business is a strategic decision. He sees the food and beverage (F&B) sector as a basic necessity for society, so the market potential is very high.
"Because from my point of view, F&B is a basic necessity for everyone, since everyone needs food and drinks. Consumption will definitely be high. That’s one of the reasons I chose F&B. This is a stepping stone after I stopped playing, I am ready for what I want to pursue," he said.
As the Commissioner of Tasa Group, Kevin is directly involved in the development of the restaurant's concept and menu. "I definitely try the food testing as well. I really ensure discussions on how the concept works. Hopefully, we can progress further, and get better, because we have a long-term plan, and I hope all the plans can be realized," concluded this father of one.
