Kapanlagi.com - Although being the wife of a presenter and a successful entrepreneur, Sarwendah has a unique habit of washing her children's and husband's clothes. The 30-year-old woman admitted that she prefers to wash her family's clothes in a traditional way, using her hands, without the help of a washing machine.

This is not without reason, when met in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, on Monday (9/3), Sarwendah revealed the reason for her habit. According to her, washing by hand can be cleaner than using a machine.

"When it comes to washing clothes, I still do it by hand. People say it's better to use hands. In my opinion, it's cleaner and easier. It's like brushing it there, it's already clean and doesn't damage the clothes," Sarwendah explained.

Not only that, Sarwendah's habit is apparently also followed by her children. Even Betrand and Thalia help her when washing and drying clothes.

"Sometimes he helps me with drying. Thalia also helps, it's chaotic when doing laundry. Everything will be messy. Well, they are children, they want to help," Sarwendah said.

In addition, although sometimes her work is slightly delayed because of the commotion caused by Thalia and Betrand when helping her, it is not a problem. Because for her, it is important for her children to appreciate various household chores and eventually become independent.

"So that they know how to appreciate the work at home. Then they know how to do it themselves when no one helps, so that they can be independent," she concluded.
