Rezky Aditya Denies Having a Child with Wenny, Komnas PA: DNA Test is the Solution

Kapanlagi.com - Chairman of the National Commission for Child Protection (Komnas PA) Arist Merdeka Sirait testified as an expert witness in the trial of Wenny Ariani's lawsuit against actor Rezky Aditya regarding the acknowledgement of a child, Monday (10/11/2021). In his statement, Arist stated that every child, whether born in or out of wedlock, has the right to receive information about their background and identity.

Therefore, for the sake of the child's well-being, Arist requested the Judge to grant Wenny's request for Rezky Aditya, as the defendant, to undergo a DNA test. This is because Wenny and Rezky Aditya do not have a marital bond in this case.

"If the documents do not meet the requirements, the solution is a DNA test and I ask the Judge, for the best interests of the child, to decide on a DNA test," said Arist Merdeka Sirait.

It would be better, said Arist, for the sake of the child's growth and development, Rezky admits and fulfills his responsibility as a father, without having to undergo DNA testing and wait for the court's decision.

"No need to be ashamed. I urge you to admit it. This is part of faith because we are saving the child. Just admit it, I ask you to admit it to the father before there is a judge's decision," he said.

2. Rezky Aditya's Lawsuit

As is known, Wenny Ariani, who claims to have a child with Rezky Aditya, filed a lawsuit in the Tangerang District Court on July 30, 2021.

In the lawsuit, among other things, Wenny asked Rezky Aditya to undergo DNA testing and acknowledge their child, Kekey, who is now 8 years old, as his own flesh and blood. Meanwhile, Rezky Aditya still firmly denies that Kekey is his child.
