According to Kinos, he had just finished praying when heavy rain accompanied by strong winds began to hit the competition area.
This situation prompted the committee to make a quick decision to stop all matches.
"I had just prayed when it started to rain heavily, the wind was strong, all matches were halted," said Rizky Kinos when met in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (29/10/2025).
Kinos admitted that the incident occurred unexpectedly. According to him, the event had actually been very well prepared by the committee and was running smoothly before the natural disaster struck.
"The place was actually nice, the event went smoothly, and the committee had worked well, but there's always something," he said.
Although he was at the location during the rather terrifying incident, Nycta Gina's husband admitted that he did not feel traumatized. He emphasized that he has returned to playing Padel as usual.
"Thank God no, I've started playing padel again," he asserted.
