The actress who played Poppy in the soap opera Cinta SMU said that during the Covid-19 pandemic, her ability to decorate homes has improved. Not surprisingly, every room she decorates impresses netizens.

Every time she decorates her home, Natalie Sarah never forgets to share videos on Instagram. She does this so that her Instagram followers can be inspired by what she has done.

"Mostly, like me, I make some short videos of old items, used items, and recycling. Basically, they are made new and beautiful, hopefully they will be beneficial, even if not much," she said.

1. Aesthetic Carport Decoration

This soap opera star utilizes the carport or parking space for sunbathing. She transforms the corner of her house into a garden party atmosphere with neatly arranged and beautiful dishes. Netizens call it aesthetic. It's really comfortable!

"So, during the PPKM, even PSBB, we made our house a place where we love without having to go anywhere. So, we just stay at home. We made it during the first PSBB. We felt like we were on vacation at home," she said.

2. Santorini-style Swimming Pool

The island of Santorini in Greece is known for its beautiful panorama and comfortable atmosphere, attracting people from all over the world. Natalie Sarah and her family don't have to go far to experience a comfortable holiday atmosphere like that. She only needs to transform the decoration of the mini swimming pool on the upper floor of her house to resemble Santorini.

"Actually, now there's nowhere more comfortable than our home. So, it's more enjoyable at home," Natalie Sarah continued.

Regarding the size of the swimming pool, Natalie explained that it is only 2x3 meters with a depth of 70 cm. The pool walls are made with a two-layer casting technique.

Natalie gives an example of a decoration for a house that has an open space at the top, commonly called a rooftop. She admits that she only added white coral stones and cacti to beautify the rooftop.

"The decoration is very simple because the rooftop at @astria_said is already beautiful. I just added white coral stones and some cacti, which are not complicated to take care of. Let's do it," Natalie writes in her caption.

4. Utilize Used Items

Next, she honestly admits that her hands can't stay still. She gives tips on making a hanging pot with water media, utilizing used items such as old wooden photo frames, jute fabric, rattan, and glass bottles.

"When I can't sit still anymore, I want to buy a hanging pot/jar, water media..
oh no, I changed my mind. I ended up improvising and using old decorative details that weren't used," she writes.

Interestingly, Natalie Sarah's hobby of decoration and making handicrafts has now become a business opportunity. Her husband said that she has received many orders related to decoration and house design.

"Insha Allah, now the song is being taken seriously, slowly," said Natalie Sarah.
