Sad News, Ustadz Solmed's Mother Passed Away

Through his IG story, Ustad Solmed conveyed the sad news. His beloved mother, Hj.Salmah Lubis, passed away today, Sunday (11/7) at 00.30 WIB.

“Innaa Lillaahi Wa Innaa Ilaihi Rooji’uun. She has returned to Allah SWT, the Owner of all His creatures, peacefully, with His love and affection, My Mother,” wrote the ustadz.

1. Apologizing

In the same IG story post, Ustadz Solmed also asked for forgiveness and requested prayers for the deceased. He also hoped that Allah SWT would grant forgiveness to his late mother and that Heaven would be her dwelling place.

“Please open the door of forgiveness as wide as possible. Please pray that Allah SWT bestows His forgiveness upon her and that Heaven becomes her dwelling place,” he continued.

2. April Jasmine Uploads Sungkeman Video

Meanwhile, Ustad Solmed's wife, April Jasmine, also feels the loss of her beloved mother-in-law. Through her Instagram account, she also conveyed the sad news and uploaded a video of the sungkeman ritual to her mother-in-law.

Some fellow artists also expressed their condolences for the passing of Ustad Solmed's mother in April Jasmine's post. One of them is former T2 member, Tika Ramlan. "Innalillahi wainailaihi rojiun. Condolences to April and Ustadz Solmed," wrote Tika.
