Sarwendah Visits the National Commission on Violence Against Women, Seeks Solutions to Issues with Ruben Onsu

In the meeting, Sarwendah was said to have presented a complete chronology of her household life since the beginning of her marriage to Ruben Onsu. This was done so that the commissioners could obtain a comprehensive picture of the situation that occurred.

"Alhamdulillah accepted by the commissioners and they also very much support Wendah as a woman. What we have conveyed is the actual event, the actual chronology, from the beginning of Sarwendah's marriage until the end," said Chris.

Chris emphasized that the steps taken by his side are not to find out who is right or wrong. Their main focus is to utilize Sarwendah's rights as a woman to obtain protection and assistance from the appropriate institutions.

"We are not looking for who is wrong or who is right. We are only exercising our client's rights as a woman. Not asking for support, but simply conveying rights. Support arises from what she conveys truthfully," she said.

Although she did not make a direct statement to the media, Sarwendah is said to have submitted various necessary evidence to the National Commission on Violence Against Women. The legal representatives are now waiting for follow-up from the institution after the discussion process and the submission of statements have been completed.

"The point is we are discussing to find a solution. Our client conveyed everything truthfully along with the existing evidence. Once again, we greatly appreciate the National Commission on Violence Against Women for the time given," concluded Chris Sam Siwu.
