Security Fired After Hitting a Dog, Nikita Mirzani Asks Robby Purba to Take Responsibility

As it is known, Robby Purba is one of the celebrities who shared a video of the security guard hitting a dog on his personal Instagram. He even asked Mall Plaza Indonesia to take strict action against the security guard.

Through her personal Instagram, Niki mentioned three people who should take responsibility for the dismissal of the security guard at Mall Plaza Indonesia. She said that these people only wanted to chase after viral content.

"Those who should be responsible for this case are: 1. Robby Purba and Marlene Hariman, why don't you investigate first before uploading it directly to social media. Chasing after a burning FYP, my brother," wrote Nikita Mirzani in her post.

2. Mall Side Did Not Cross Check

In addition to Robby Purba, Nikita also mentioned that Mall Plaza Indonesia was too hasty in taking action without conducting a second check, which resulted in the security guard being fired.

"A mall like Plaza Indonesia, they didn't cross check the viral news that was being circulated by Robby Purba, just because there was a security guard who allegedly hit a dog, when in fact that dog bit the cat. And Robby Purba actually loves cats," she said as quoted from her Instagram story.

3. Blue Checkmark on Comments

And what makes this 38-year-old woman even more upset is that the video circulating on social media was taken at face value and immediately criticized. Niki also highlights celebrities with blue checkmarks who also criticized the security guard.

"It's a pity, this little person lost his livelihood because of Robby Purba. And what about those artists who commented on Plaza Indonesia's account with blue checkmarks? Aren't they embarrassed now? Aren't they ashamed?," she said.

"Moreover, sometimes the Indonesian people like to follow what's viral. They quickly jump on the bandwagon and start criticizing without even knowing the truth. The important thing is to criticize," she added.
