Struggling Since 2018, Nirina Zubir Finally Obtains 6 House Certificates Previously Stolen by Former ART

Kapanlagi.com - Actress Nirina Zubir feels happy after her late mother's six land certificates have been returned. What makes Nirina even happier is that her struggle has paid off after her six certificates were stolen by a former ART from six years ago.

"The struggle began after my mom passed away, it was around 2018 or 2019. The process this year finally led us to the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), and Alhamdulillah," said Nirina Zubir at the Ministry's office in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (29/5).

"I never stop urging everyone to take today as an example that we can reclaim our rights and fight for them, even though the process is exhausting and draining, but hopefully with the rectification carried out by ATR/BPN, we are heading towards a remarkable improvement," added Nirina Zubir.

Nirina Zubir feels that this is an achievement worth being grateful for, as it proves that she is capable of fighting against land mafia.

"Alhamdulillah, together with the Ministry of ATR BPN, we have defeated the land mafia. It feels happy and this is a great achievement, because alhamdulillah, after going through three ministers in the Ministry of ATR BPN, alhamdulillah, we can finally resolve it," she said.

2. Ready to Help Similar Victims

In this case, Nirina admits to being a victim of land certificate embezzlement. Therefore, the star of the film KELUARGA CEMARA plans to help people who are facing similar problems. At least, she can share their experiences with those who can provide assistance.

"Let's raise our voices again and I am open to DMs from friends who might be able to help pass it on to the relevant parties," she said.

As known, two land certificates belonging to Nirina Zubir's mother were embezzled by Riri Khasmita, her former domestic helper. The two certificates were then divided into six certificates, all under the name of Riri and her husband. After reporting the incident several years ago, Riri has been found guilty and is currently in prison for document embezzlement.
