Shandy Aulia Still Chooses Christianity, Father Ensures Always Love and 'Save' His Daughter

Kapanlagi.com - In their latest vlog, Shandy Aulia and her father, Kemas Jimmy Effendy, discuss the difference in religion between them. For those who don't know, her father is a Muslim while Shandy chose to embrace Christianity during her teenage years.

Although they claim not to have a problem with the difference in religion between them, her father always hopes that his youngest daughter will receive guidance so she can convert to Islam. He continuously prays for Shandy and her family.

1. Prayers for Shandy

Shandy admitted that when she was young, she studied two religions, even prayed, before finally embracing Christianity when she was a teenager. That's also what her father wanted, for Shandy to be willing to learn Islam.

"Every day, Papa doesn't care about the world anymore, doesn't think about work, doesn't think about anything, doesn't think about anything at all. Only one thing Papa cares about, for the sake of Allah, if Papa lies, only you will be saved by Papa. Praying that you will receive guidance, to learn the true religion of Islam," hoped Mr. Kemas Jimmy.

2. Will Always Be Loved

Hearing this, Shandy then asked, if she never receives guidance until the end, will her father still love her. With determination, Kemas Jimmy said he will always love the mother of his child.

"No need to worry, my child. Even if someone else has a different religion, we will still love them and have the same love. Especially a child. It will not be reduced even a little bit," he explained with conviction, which touched Shandy.
