Famous presenter Jessica Iskandar recently revealed her hopes for the gender of her third child. The woman, affectionately called Jedar, stated that she really hopes the baby she is currently carrying will be a girl.
It is planned that Jessica will announce the baby's gender on August 3, 2024.
"The gender reveal is on August 3," said Jessica when met in the area of Jalan Kapten Tendean, Mampang, South Jakarta.
This statement indicates that fans and the public will soon find out the gender of Jessica's third child in the near future.
"Already have two sons, surely want to have a daughter, right? Yes, hopefully so that it can be complete," she said.
"But from the beginning, we're not really too concerned about it, what's important is a healthy baby, smooth pregnancy, everyone's health, being a good and responsible child, that's what's more important," she continued.
This statement shows that even though she hopes to have a daughter, the health and safety of the baby remain the top priority.
In this opportunity, Jessica also shared about the changes she has felt during this pregnancy.
She revealed that her stomach has started to grow and she feels kicks from the very active baby. "Sometimes when I'm with daddy, I get kicked the most," Jessica said.
Jessica also compared this pregnancy experience with her previous one. She mentioned that there are many differences, especially in terms of her physical condition.
"When I was pregnant with El and Don, I didn't feel pregnant, I felt strong, rarely had morning sickness," she reminisced.
"This time, I have headaches and nausea almost every day, and sometimes I vomit multiple times a day," Jessica said. She continued that although she experienced more severe symptoms, her condition has started to improve. Â
