Spent 4 Billion on Renovation, Rachel Vennya Shocked Okin Wants to Sell the House

The losses felt by Rachel Vennya in the house dispute in the Kemang area. It is not just about ownership, but also the incredibly high renovation costs. Rachel is reported to have spent billions of rupiah from her personal funds to repair the house since she was still married until after the divorce.

Sangun Ragahdo, as her legal counsel, revealed that Rachel is very serious about managing the house. From the beginning, Rachel wanted to provide the best home for her children, so she did not hesitate to spend a large amount of money to transform the old house into a livable structure.

"It's understandable that parents want to prepare a house for their child; they managed to get a house on Bang street. The house was purchased through a mortgage with installments amounting to 52 million rupiah. However, on the other hand, Rachel is renovating the house," said Sangun Ragahdo when met at the Metro Jaya Police, Monday (6/4/2026).

"Because coincidentally, the house could be considered quite old at the time of purchase, it was finally renovated, spending no less than 3 to 4 billion. I don't know the exact amount," he added.

Not just once, Rachel also did another renovation after they officially separated. The total amount spent has also increased to ensure that the house can be used well, both as a place for her siblings to live and for other planned uses."Yes, that is a problem in itself. Next, Rachel felt 'oh, this house is already for me,' so it was renovated by Rachel. The renovation cost was also quite significant, amounting to no less than 500 million rupiah for the renovation," explained Sangun Ragahdo.

Rachel feels very disadvantaged because the billions of rupiah she has invested in the building seem to be unappreciated. She feels betrayed because after the house was beautified at her personal expense, indications arose that the house would be sold unilaterally by Niko Al Hakim.

"Why did Rachel agree? Because based on her trust, based on her words, her words that stated 'this and that', 'okay, fine', she renovated the house. But it turns out the house has been renovated with her own money, a significant amount, 500 million rupiah is a lot of money," explained Sangun Ragahdo.

Until now, Rachel's side is still demanding clarity regarding the status of the house. She feels that she has been deceived by a series of sweet promises that ultimately harmed her financial position and her children's rights.

"It turns out the money has been spent and now the house is about to be sold, there are indications that the house is going to be sold, how can that be, she feels deceived, tricked, and so on," concluded Sangun Ragahdo.
