Starting a Business During the Pandemic, DJ Una Creates "Kopi Tolak Virus"

Kapanlagi.com - While many entrepreneurs are closing their businesses due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, Putri Una Thamrin, or better known as DJ Una, is opening a second branch of her coffee shop named Pinarak Coffee. After opening in the Jatiwaringin Bekasi area, Pinarak Coffee is now available in the Cipayung area of East Jakarta.

"In my opinion, during this pandemic, I have to broaden my mindset and start learning from here. Previously, our first branch was in Jatiwaringin Bekasi, and I'm really happy today," said DJ Una in Cipayung, East Jakarta, on Saturday (27/2/2021).

"Alhamdulillah, we have been given the opportunity to expand and we already have a bigger and more comfortable place. We hope that this coffee can be enjoyed by everyone, whether male or female, adults, and even children," added DJ Una.

1. Created the Concept of Love

Pinarak Coffee is made with the concept of love for the homeland. What is interesting is not only the traditional taste of the coffee, but also the place is made with the concept of love for the homeland. It can be seen in the coffee shop with coffee paintings and the map of Indonesia.

"For the concept of the coffee, we really prioritize the traditional taste of Indonesia. Not only the taste, but also things that are familiar with the taste of Indonesia. Meanwhile, our special menu definitely includes our signature coffee," he said.

2. There Are Several Unique Flavors

Various flavors of coffee are available at Pinarak Coffee. There are even several flavors that are quite unique, such as klepon, kolak pisang, and kopi tolak virus (coffee to repel viruses). Not only that, there is also a special coffee named Kopi Una.

"We also have a special coffee with klepon flavor. Now, we definitely know this one, it is a very familiar cake in Indonesia. Then we also have kolak pisang coffee and kopi tolak virus. Now, this kopi tolak virus has a taste of spices, where during a pandemic like this, it can boost our immune system," said DJ Una.

"Then we have rabbit milk candy, we definitely know that it's very old-fashioned and everyone likes it, and there are also strawberry and mojitopi flavors, and the newest one is Kopi Una," DJ Una concluded.
