Staying with Aurel Hermansyah, Millen Still Poor and Takes Public Transportation Everywhere

Kapanlagi.com - Millendaru or currently known as Millen Cyrus actually used to live in the same house with Aurel's family. As known, Millen is the niece of Ashanty, Aurel's stepmother.

Since her father passed away and her family became poor, Millen had to temporarily live with Ashanty and her family.

Despite living with a wealthy family, Millen still used public transportation to go to places she needed to go.

"Staying with Aurel Hermansyah, Millen Still Poor and Takes Public Transportation Everywhere," said Millen in Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube video, Wednesday (5/2).

"Back then, I used to take public transportation, sweating in the heat, taking buses everywhere. My mom also, working here and there," she continued.

1. Given Food, Alhamdulillah

Millen explained that before her family became poor, her mother used to have her own boutique business. However, since her father was deceived and lost a lot of money, they had nothing. Even for food, it was very difficult.

"At that time, my mother had a boutique business. When we didn't have any money, we were really stuck at home not knowing what to do, so if someone gave us food, alhamdulillah," she said.

"So, there was really no income. Because my father was really deceived by someone," she added.

2. Starting to Rise

Not wanting to continue living in hardship, Millen tried various jobs. Eventually, she and her family were able to rise from adversity and perhaps can be considered to be living a more decent life than before.

"I started to rise when I started looking for jobs, even as a makeup artist. I used to be a makeup artist, and alhamdulillah, at that time I did makeup for the niece of the mayor of Pekanbaru, I earned 2.5 million and saved it," she said.

3. For Family

As the backbone replacing her late father, Millen always puts family as her top priority. Whatever she does, and whatever the result is, it is all solely for her family.

"And whenever I work, I always give money to my family first. Until now, everything I do is still for my family. And I never want, I mean, I never use that money for things like partying or getting drunk, I never utilize the money for that," she said.
