After giving birth to their first daughter, Steffi Zamora chose to focus on taking care of the baby and did not cook at home for about a month.
In her latest post on social media, she shared a moment when she was cooking shrimp tofu dish in the style of a Padang restaurant requested by Nino Fernandez.
Steffi Zamora expressed her feelings after returning to cook in the kitchen. "It turns out that not cooking for a month is also chaotic," she said, showing her surprise when she was about to fry tofu.
After everything was ready, Steffi poured shrimp into the pan with the sautéed spices. She processed the spices while ensuring the taste was just right. "Basically, the taste should be sour, salty, a little sweet, and savory must be balanced," she revealed.
An interesting moment was captured when the dish was finished cooking. When she was about to taste it, Steffi instead grabbed rice while showing a funny gesture. "I want to try it but ended up taking rice," she said.
After the cooking was done, Steffi and Nino sat down to eat together at the table. Seeing the results of his wife's cooking, he immediately praised her.
