Stephanie Poetri Trapped in Lockdown in Los Angeles During Major Fire, Titi DJ Worries About Her Safety

“Thank goodness the fire is far from Stephanie's apartment. So I’m grateful she is safe,” said Titi DJ when met in the Senayan area, Central Jakarta, recently.

However, the condition of Los Angeles remains concerning. Titi revealed that from the rooftop of her child's apartment, the fire is very clearly and frighteningly visible.

1. Very Anxious

“From the rooftop, the fire looks really terrifying,” she continued.

Stephanie herself had to stay in her apartment due to the city's lockdown situation. This policy was implemented to avoid further dangers from the fire disaster.

“Fortunately, there’s an air purifier in the apartment. So at least Stephanie isn’t suffocating in her room,” said Titi.

This has been a lifesaver for Stephanie, considering the thick smoke from the fire could endanger anyone exposed to it. Titi admitted she was very anxious about her daughter's safety, who is now far from home.

2. Planning to Return

“I definitely want her to come back to Indonesia first. But I don’t know if she can or not because there’s a lockdown there,” said the singer of the song Bahasa Kalbu with a tone full of concern.

On the other hand, Stephanie actually had plans to return to Indonesia before the fire disaster struck. One of the reasons was to witness her mother’s concert titled Super Diva.

“Coincidentally, Stephanie wanted to watch her mother’s concert. So hopefully she can come back, I’m really worried,” said Titi DJ.

The Super Diva concert is scheduled to be held at the Indonesia Arena, Senayan, Central Jakarta, on Saturday (17/1/2025). However, until now there is still no certainty whether Stephanie can return to Indonesia in the near future.

Titi hopes the situation in Los Angeles improves soon and her child can safely return to witness the long-awaited concert. This disaster has drawn attention from many parties, including Titi DJ as a mother who always prioritizes her family's safety.
