Still Living Under One Roof, Andika Rosadi Strives to Maintain His Household with Nisya Ahmad for the Sake of Their Children

Andika Rosadi has announced his determination to maintain their household for the sake of their children. This was revealed when Nisya Ahmad filed for divorce. Despite the disputes, Andika remains committed to preserving their family unity.

"Still under one roof. Still living in the same place as per the ID card, you might check at their house, it's still the same. Yes (they have separated beds)," said Nata Sasmita, Andika's legal counsel, when met at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (1/8/2024).

Andika wants to maintain family harmony and ensure their children remain stable in this difficult situation. Andika is also sad upon learning that Nisya has filed for divorce.

"His reaction is sad, why? Mr. Andika cares for the children, if a divorce happens, the impact on the children is very hard on our client," said Nata Sasmita.

2. Already Mediated 3 Times

Nisya Ahmad and Andika Rosadi have mediated three times. This mediation took place before they went to court and after they entered the court.

"As for the mediation discussions, we have carried out three mediation agendas aimed at the welfare of the children, their mental health is also important and needs to be preserved," explained Nata.

3. Children Still Raised Together

Andika also feels sad because he is worried about the impact of the divorce on their children. Until now, their three children are still being raised together.

"For now, they are still being raised together, there are no custody demands, still under one roof," he concluded.

4. Reason for Divorce Filing

Nisya Ahmad filed for divorce from her husband, Andika Rosadi, on May 10, 2024, at the South Jakarta Religious Court.

Nata mentioned that there are disputes between Nisya and Andika. However, it is still relatively normal and it has not been revealed whether it is related to the presence of a third party or domestic violence (DV).
