Stuck Mediation, Wenny Ariani Vs Rezky Aditya Trial Continues to the Main Case

Kapanlagi.com - The mediation trial of Wenny Ariani's lawsuit against Rezky Aditya held at the Tangerang District Court on Wednesday (4/8/2021) did not reach an agreement.
As a result, the trial continued to the main case and was held on the same day.

"Earlier, the mediation reached a deadlock and did not reach an agreement. So the trial continued to the main case," said Muhammad Anwar, Wenny's legal representative after the trial.

This third mediation, Wenny as the plaintiff, was seen accompanied by her legal representative. Meanwhile, Rezky Aditya did not attend and was only represented by his lawyer.

"Earlier, the defendant's reason was that he had prior commitments, so he couldn't attend the mediation trial today," said Tigor El Manik, another legal representative of Wenny.

1. File Examination

According to Muhammad Anwar, the main agenda of the case hearing only includes the examination of the lawsuit files and the reading of the lawsuit. The hearing will continue on August 18 with the respondent's response agenda.

"Earlier, there was only the reading of the lawsuit and the hearing will continue on August 18 with the respondent's response agenda," said Muhammad Anwar.

As known, Wenny Ariani, who claimed to have a child with Rezky Aditya, filed a lawsuit at the Tangerang District Court on July 30, 2021.

2. Undergo DNA Test

In the lawsuit, Wenny requested Rezky Aditya to undergo a DNA test and acknowledge their 8-year-old child.

In addition, Wenny also requested the Court to seize Rezky Aditya's assets, including a house and a four-wheeled vehicle. Wenny also demanded material and immaterial losses totaling Rp 17.5 billion.
