Successfully Losing 37 Kg, Igor Saykoji is Grateful to be Able to Tie His Own Shoelaces

Kapanlagi.com - Igor Saykoji's appearance looks different. His body is slimmer than usual. According to Igor, he has been undergoing a weight loss program for the past nine months.

"It's been nine months. At first, I went to a nutritionist, but after following the nutritionist's meal program, for the past few months, I have been focusing on exercise. I also want to build muscle," said Igor Saykoji when met at Djakarta Theater, Wednesday (16/8/2023).

As a result, Igor claims to have successfully lost 37 kilograms of weight. He is now experiencing various benefits.

1. Used to Have Difficulty Breathing

He who used to often experience difficulty breathing, no longer does. In fact, he can now tie his own shoelaces.

"Happier, because life can be felt, oh life like this, sitting without feeling uncomfortable like this. I can tie my shoelaces. It can be said that I haven't known what it feels like to live this comfortably for 20 years," he said.

2. Hard Struggle

Igor admitted that losing weight requires effort. But after experiencing the benefits, he feels that the struggle he went through for nine months was very worth it.

"The key to the struggle, if you want a simple answer, is consistency. I used to be overweight, up to 140 kilograms, because I consistently consumed calories in my body for years. So to reduce it, I also have to be consistent. It can be said that recently I haven't been relaxed in losing weight," he said.

According to Igor, the main trigger for him wanting to lose weight is because he wants to live a healthy life. "I'm already 40 years old, if I don't start now, when will I start to be healthier?" he said.
