Suddenly There is Business, Rieta Amalia Disappoints Gideon Tengker Again

Kapanlagi.com - Musician Gideon Tengker feels disappointed when he found out that his ex-wife, Rieta Amalia, did not attend the trial. In the previous trial, his legal team promised that Rieta would attend the trial.

"Unfortunately, Rieta is not here again. So, the lawyer (Rieta) asked for another week and the mediator judge gave us another week," said Erles Rareral after the trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday (19/10/2023).

"Based on the information we received, Rieta was supposed to be here, but until the end of the mediation, Rieta was not seen. According to information from her lawyer, they just found out that it was canceled due to some business," Erles added.

If Nagita Slavina's mother wants to come before the court-appointed day for mediation, Gideon and his legal team have no problem.

"But if Rieta can come on Monday or Tuesday, then we can schedule it for mediation, it's not a fixed price for us," he said.

2. Rieta Doesn't Want to Come

Erles himself admitted that he didn't understand why Rieta didn't want to come to mediate with Gideon, his client.

"What is hidden in all of this? Until Rieta is so firm that she doesn't want to attend. Avoiding or whatnot, we don't know, only Rieta and God know," he concluded.

3. Sued for Rp 300 Billion

As reported, Gideon Tengker filed a civil lawsuit against Rieta Amalia at the South Jakarta District Court. In the joint property lawsuit, Gideon demands Rp 300 billion from his ex-wife.

Gideon said that after divorcing Rieta, he did not receive his rights to the joint property during their marriage. Gideon claimed that Rieta controlled all the property during the marriage.

Currently, the trial has entered the mediation agenda. Unfortunately, for the second time, Rieta did not attend, only represented by her legal team, and the trial itself had to be postponed for one week.
