Sued for 4.2 Billion Rupiah, Jefri Nichol Wants This From Falcon Pictures

Kapanlagi.com - Jefri Nichol is involved in a legal issue with two other individuals who are being sued for 4.2 billion Rupiah by Falcon Pictures for alleged breach of contract. However, Jefri Nichol's legal representative, Aris Marassabessy, stated that his client wants to resolve the breach of contract case in a family manner.

"Of course, we want to resolve this issue in a family manner. But again, he (Jefri) really wants this to be resolved in a family manner," said Aris when contacted by phone on Monday (6/4).

Unfortunately, Aris does not want to discuss the chronology of this case because Jefri Nichol has already spoken to the media. In addition, the legal representative mentioned that Jefri Nichol was surprised when his name was listed as the defendant in the breach of contract case.

1. Not Brave Enough to Speak

"I'm not brave enough to speak if the person in question has already spoken. Because this has entered the core of the matter, so I can't explain it yet," he said.

Previously reported, Jefri Nichol stumbled upon a case of alleged breach of contract filed by Falcon Pictures production house. The case has been registered with the South Jakarta District Court on February 24, 2020, with case number 171/Pdt.G/2020.

2. Breach of Contract for 4 Films

South Jakarta District Court spokesperson, Achmad Guntur, said that Jefri Nichol is suspected of breaching contracts for four film titles. Meanwhile, Jefri Nichol is sued for a claim value of Rp 4.2 billion.

Jefri Nichol is said to have violated the work contract by starring in four films outside of his cooperation with Falcon Pictures, namely Dear Nathan: Hello Salma, Elyas Pical, Bebas, and Habibie & Ainun 3. In addition to Jefri Nichol, the names of his mother and manager are also listed as defendants in this alleged breach of contract case.
