After requesting custody of their child, Tsania Marwa is now demanding her share of the assets acquired during their marriage. Tsania is known to have filed a joint assets lawsuit in the Cibinong Religious Court on April 3, 2020.

Atalarik was furious with Tsania's joint assets lawsuit, considering it a violation of their agreement.

Atalarik, represented by his manager, Reta, stated that he and Tsania had previously agreed to settle their joint assets without going to court. "Suddenly, a lawsuit was filed," said Reta, a while ago.

In response to Reta's statement, Tsania Marwa's legal representative denied the existence of such an agreement. "There has been no verbal or written agreement between both parties to settle the joint assets, whether through Arik and Marwa themselves or through legal representatives," said Andi W Wahidin, one of Tsania Marwa's legal representatives when contacted.

2. Prepare Evidence

Andi also said that he has prepared all the evidence to facilitate his client's lawsuit granted by the judge. The first hearing of the joint property lawsuit filed by Tsania Marwa is scheduled to take place on April 29, 2020.

"Joint property lawsuit is the right of the former wife to file a lawsuit, and no party is obstructing it. We will present the evidence during the evidentiary hearing in court," he said.
