Kapanlagi.com - The polemic between the family of Sule and Teddy Pardiyana regarding the inheritance of the late Lina Jubaedah has entered a new chapter. Sule is now openly questioning the 5 Billion Rupiah belonging to Rizky Febian that was entrusted to the late Lina during her lifetime.
Sule emphasized that the money is not marital property or inheritance, but is purely the personal property of Rizky Febian earned from his hard work as a singer. He requested that assets such as rental houses be returned to Iky immediately so that this issue does not end up in a police report.

Sule's desire is actually simple, which is for all parties to sit together and resolve this issue honestly. However, if there is no good faith to return Rizky Febian's rights, Sule leaves the decision entirely to his eldest son whether to take legal action or not.
"As for Iky's (Rizky Febian) rental, let's return it. Because that is not the property of the late, that 5 billion belongs to Iky. Just wait for the decision from the court hearing. The lawyer will also question that first before determining the heirs," said Sule when met in the Pejaten area, South Jakarta, Wednesday (4/2/2026).
The father of Putri Delina also explained that Rizky Febian has full rights to take firm action. If the money or assets in question cannot be accounted for, then legal action related to the alleged embezzlement of money is very likely to be pursued.
"The matter at hand is Iky's money. Well, that will depend on Iky. Will Iky definitely want to claim his rights, that 5 billion? If that money is not there, then it depends on Iky. Does that count as embezzlement? It can be reported," Sule stated.
Sule also reminded again about the status of the assets. He mentioned that when the assets were accumulated, the late Lina was still legally his wife, so he knows very well the origin of those assets.
"Well, don't disturb me. I have been silent for 6 years. Finally, now we know how the late one obtained it. Unless this: After divorcing me, then one year or how many years later remarry. Right? Well, that's new; they will definitely run their household and accumulate their wealth together," Sule said.
At the end of his statement, Sule gave a special message regarding the documents that are considered missing from the safety box. He wants everything to be resolved one by one so that there is no burden for his children in the future.
"My message is this, in the safety box there are letters that are missing and there are rental letters belonging to Iky. Remember, that is someone else's right. That is Iky's right. Just return that first. Try to bring it back here, then we can sit down, and at the same time mediate, and then we can record the heir's matters," concluded Sule.
