Sule Secretly Filed for Heir, Teddy Pardiyana Feels Threatened

The polemic over the legal status regarding the inheritance of Sule's late ex-wife, Lina Jubaedah, is heating up again. Teddy Pardiyana, the unofficial husband of the late Lina, is now taking decisive action by filing a request for a determination of heirs to the court in order to secure the rights of his little daughter, Bintang.

This step was taken after shocking facts emerged that comedian Sule or Sutisna had previously attempted to do something similar unilaterally. Teddy feels there is an effort to marginalize his and Bintang's existence in the legitimate legal and religious lineage of heirs.

The quiet legal efforts made by Lina Jubaedah's former husband have raised significant concerns for Teddy's camp. He does not want the future rights of Bintang, whose full name is Delina Bintang Aura Putri, to be lost without legal certainty.

"We need to clarify that they had previously filed for a determination of heirs at the Cikarang Religious Court, which was rejected by the court," said Teddy Pardiyana's attorney, Wati Trisnawati, when met at the Criminal Investigation Agency of the National Police, South Jakarta, Thursday (11/03/2026).

The rejection from the panel of judges at the Cikarang Religious Court was apparently due to a formal defect in the application submitted by Sule's side. The court deemed the application incomplete because it intentionally or unintentionally excluded parties entitled to inheritance.

According to Wati Trisnawati, the court acted objectively by considering who should be included in the list of heirs. She emphasized that under legal regulations, the husband and biological children from the last marriage cannot be disregarded.

"Why? Because there are not enough parties. Who are the parties? It should be Teddy and Bintang as the parties," Wati Trisnawati explained firmly.

This concern is what solidified the heart of the man commonly known as Sutedi to take his case to court. He wants to ensure that in the future, there will be no more unilateral requests that could harm the legal position of his biological child.

"This is the basis for us to file for a determination. We are afraid that in the future they will file again without Teddy's consent and knowledge," said Wati Trisnawati, continuing her client's reasoning.

This case began after the passing of Lina Jubaedah in January 2020, leaving behind various valuable assets. Now, the trial at the Religious Court has become a proving ground for Teddy to obtain official recognition for Bintang in the eyes of the state.
