Tamara Bleszynski Sad Her Parents' Assets Are Controlled by Others

Together with her lawyer, Djohansyah, from the law firm Djohansyah & partners, Tamara Bleszynski expressed her sadness about the problem she is currently facing. Even Tamara doesn't know what to do about the problem.

"I am very sad when I don't know what else to do, because what I want is for this (the alleged property asset embezzlement case) to be resolved quickly," said Tamara Bleszynski in Kemang, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (22/6/2022).

What makes Tamara sad is that she was never involved in her rights to the property assets. It should be noted that Teuku Rassya's mother has a 20 percent stake in the Hotel Bukit Indah Puncak in the Cipanas area, Puncak, West Java.

The hotel is an inheritance from Tamara's parents, which she then received a 20 percent share. However, over time, Tamara admitted that she was never involved in the hotel for 19 years.

"19 years, why did I stay silent? Because I hold onto love. And I feel that people will change considering my good intentions, I have been patient for 19 years," said Tamara.

2. Debt Report

Until finally Tamara didn't believe in 2020, she actually received a debt letter from the hotel. Even though Tamara herself had no knowledge of the hotel's financial report. Moreover, during those 19 years, she was never involved in anything related to the hotel.

"When in 2020, a company executive came to Bali, saying that they had to sign a debt letter with the hotel guarantee. I think that is very excessive and inhumane," said Tamara.

"That's why I actually want to resolve this issue peacefully, but I have nothing left, I tried my best but was treated unfairly. That's why I beg Bang Djohan as my lawyer to help me, what should I do?" added Tamara.

3. Tamara Should Have Been Involved Since the Beginning

That's why Tamara made a report regarding the issue with the hope that it can be quickly resolved at the West Java Regional Police. In her report, the 47-year-old artist reported three people who were hotel managers but were not named.

"The allegations were investigated by Tamara's legal team for 19 years of not being invited or involved in the Bukit Indah Puncak Hotel company. Tamara obtained her rights as a shareholder of the Pondok Indah Puncak hotel based on her father's inheritance," said Tamara's lawyer, Djohansyah.

The report allegedly made by the executive was based on one day when hotel executives came to Tamara's house in Bali to sign a loan agreement, a debt letter. Tamara felt that something was wrong, why a debt letter with a hotel certificate guarantee worth many times the loan, based on that Tamara thought of forming a legal team," Djohansyah concluded.
