Tamara Tyasmara Warns Yudha Arfandi's Legal Counsel: Don't Smile, My Child Has Died!

Kapanlagi.com - Tamara Tyasmara testified in the ongoing trial regarding the death of her son, Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo or Dante, with the defendant Yudha Arfandi at the East Jakarta District Court on Monday (29/7/2024). In her testimony, Tamara admonished Yudha Arfandi's legal counsel when one of them inquired about the chronology of events when Dante was invited to swim by Yudha.

"At 15:47 WIB or so I informed that I was done and asked where to go. The defendant replied to just go home, there’s evidence of the chat. I said the items should go there first while the person is still at home because that happens a lot, sir, the items arrive before the person gets home," Tamara said in the courtroom.

While explaining the chronology, Tamara suddenly asked Yudha's legal counsel not to smile. "At 15:49 WIB I called, and there was the sound of water splashing, which means they were already at the swimming pool. I knew when I called there was the sound of splashing water. Don’t smile, sir, my child has died, please be mindful of my feelings," Tamara admonished.

1. Cried for a Moment

Previously, Tamara had cried while recounting the chronology of her child's death while swimming. She recounted that at that time, the defendant Yudha Arfandi invited Dante to swim with his child.

"At half past 5, he (Yudha) informed me that Dante could no longer breathe," said Tamara while crying.

2. Confused by Yudha's Call

Tamara continued her testimony, mentioning that at 17:35, Yudha called her to inform that Dante had drowned and was having difficulty breathing.

"At 17:35 he called me, 'Dante drowned, having trouble breathing, please pray'. I was confused, when did he leave? He said to just come home. Why was I informed that he could no longer breathe and he said he drowned?" said Tamara.

3. Angger Dimas Also Becomes a Witness

In addition to Tamara Tyasmara, Angger Dimas and Tamara's mother, Ristya Aryuni, will also testify in the case of Dante's death. For your information, the first trial of the Dante death case with the defendant Yudha Arfandi began on June 27, 2024.

Dante passed away on January 27, 2024, at a swimming pool in the Duren Sawit area, East Jakarta. The police stated that Yudha submerged Dante 12 times in a pool that was 1.5 meters deep, but Yudha claimed that he did it as a breathing exercise.
