Tasya Farasya Denies Ahmad Assegaf Has Returned the Money, Has Not Received Any Payment

Tasya Farasya represented by her legal team, issued a strong warning regarding the circulation of news that does not align with the facts about the refund from her ex-husband, Ahmad Asegaf.

They requested that the opposing party refrain from spreading misleading narratives to the public, as if the financial issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

Mohammad Fattah Riphat expressed disappointment at the opponent's lack of transparency during the meeting, yet news emerged outside stating that the money had been fully returned. He requested that no one pretend to be a hero by spreading lies.

"What we mean is this. If we have been silent, we have let it go, then there’s no need to talk nonsense. It seems like you’re trying to be a hero, don’t do that. If it’s really going to be over, then don’t create unclear news like that," said Mohammad Fattah Riphat in South Jakarta, Thursday (27/11).

The issue of returning the money has become sensitive because the disputed amount is very large. The Tasya party feels it is strange because when asked about the developments, the opposing party always claims they are still calculating, yet contradictory news is circulating on social media.

"On the other hand, there is a sentence still waiting, still counting, but the news out there is that the money has been handed over completely. And the amount is also far from what we have as evidence. So it’s a bit strange for us actually," added Sangun Ragahdo.

"Actually, we wanted to ask in that meeting. How is the accountability? Do you want to settle it? If you want to settle it, how? 'Oh yes, we will count first' they said. Until now the counting is still not done, suddenly they appealed," complained Riphat.

"So we want to clarify here that there is none, no payments have been made," concluded Mohammad Fattah Riphat, correcting the fact that no payments have been received to date by Tasya Farasya, his client.
