Tasya Farasya's Side Claims Ahmad Assegaf's Camp Did Not Challenge Witness Testimony in Court

The Tasya Farasya side claims an important victory in their continued divorce trial. The legal team stated that the testimony from the five witnesses they presented did not receive significant challenges from Ahmad Assegaf's side.

According to Tasya's lawyer, this indicates strongly that the claims they presented in the lawsuit have a solid foundation. The evidentiary hearing held at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Wednesday (22/10/2025) proceeded as hoped by the plaintiffs.

Sangun Ragahdo, Tasya's legal counsel, expressed his confidence that all witness statements and evidence submitted have successfully proven their claim. He also highlighted the responses from the defendant in the courtroom.

"And most of what we saw earlier was also not denied by the defendant's legal advisor," said Sangun.

The fact that there was no rebuttal from Ahmad Assegaf's side is seen as facilitating Tasya's path to obtain a divorce ruling from the panel of judges. The testimonies of the witnesses are considered to have been accepted without significant objection.

Sangun also emphasized that the journey of Tasya and Ahmad's household from the beginning, as recounted by the witnesses, is an undeniable fact in the trial.

"It's just that what we explained is the journey, from the beginning, right, knowing directly and conveyed and as far as we can see, it is not denied by the defendant," he explained.

With the evidence presentation from the plaintiff having been completed, it is now Ahmad Assegaf's turn to present evidence and witnesses at the next trial.

"So the next agenda will be the evidence presentation from the defendant, then after that the conclusion, and then the verdict," said Sangun.
