Viral Divorce Lawsuit on Social Media, Andre Taulany's Side Speaks Out

In the midst of his divorce process with Rien Wartia Trigina, Andre Taulany is faced with the issue of the leaked contents of the divorce lawsuit on social media. The widely circulated document suddenly became a topic of public discussion. In response to this, Andre's attorney, Galih Rakasiwi, provided a firm clarification.

Galih stated that the viral document is not the lawsuit currently ongoing in the South Jakarta Religious Court. According to him, the document is a ruling from an old case that was previously registered in the Tigaraksa Religious Court and has already been decided.

"If it's a lawsuit, then let me explain. The lawsuit has been submitted from the beginning, and until now it has not leaked. Because the lawsuit must not leak until there is a verdict," said Galih Rakasiwi at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Friday (17/10/2025).

He explained that the court's decision that has permanent legal force can indeed be accessed by the public through the Supreme Court's decision directory, and that is the document that is circulating at the moment.

"Once there is a decision and it has permanent legal force, then it must be uploaded. But the upload has its own SOP or regulations for uploading, and it can be accessed in the court decision directory," he explained.

Galih also provided guidance on how to distinguish the document. According to him, the circulating document has a distinctive watermark from the decision directory that cannot be removed.

"Well, if I look at it, the brothers and sisters can check, there must be a watermark there. The writing is not fully black and white. Try to pay attention, there is a green watermark there, right? That is the directory and it cannot be removed," he emphasized.

Galih emphasized that the ongoing divorce process is closed and confidential until there is a final decision from the panel of judges.

"That is the directory that indeed is the product of the Supreme Court. Those are previous decisions, not the current ones, like that," he concluded.
