The atmosphere was filled with emotion during the funeral procession of Virzha's father, Rudianto, at Jombang Cemetery on Friday afternoon. The uniquely-voiced singer seemed unable to hold back his tears as he watched his father's body slowly being laid to rest.

"He is a knight in my opinion. He is a brave person. Even though he was in pain, we could see from his movements that he was feeling very much in pain, but he could hold it all in and he didn’t want to appear sick either. And he never complained about it," said Virzha when met at the funeral home in Bintaro, Tanggerang, on Friday (22/5/2026).

The figure of Rudianto, who passed away at the age of 69, left a profound impression on his family. The deceased took his last breath at exactly 13:28 WIB due to kidney failure he suffered from.

Virzha himself went down into the grave to welcome the body of his beloved. He also had the task of reciting the azan and iqamah with a voice trembling from holding back sadness.

Teardrops from this man born in 1990 finally fell, wetting his cheeks as his father's body was laid to rest in the ground. He paused for a moment, staring intently at the wooden gravestone still planted in the moist earth.

"In fact, he often joked, he often expressed his pain through jokes. That's what I always remember, that it seemed like he suddenly dropped so much. That's it," said Virzha reminiscing about his father's resilience.

The musical talent that the singer from this talent search show possesses is apparently a direct inheritance from the late father. Virzha mentions that his father is the biggest inspiration in his career because he was also a band player.

"Oh yes, of course. Teaching? Yes. Dad was in a band. When I was in junior high, during junior high. He, he taught me guitar. It was Dad who taught me how to play guitar," he revealed in a hoarse voice.
