Tengku Dewi Picks Up Freedom for Andrew Andika, Not a Sign of Reconciliation

"All this time, Mrs. Dewi has still been filing her lawsuit, which means she is still fundamentally continuing with her lawsuit," Tiara explained when met at the Cibinong PA, Bogor, Wednesday (6/11/2024).

Plans are in place for Tengku Dewi to present witnesses that support her divorce lawsuit. Although Tiara cannot yet confirm who will be presented as witnesses, she mentioned that the witnesses must be relevant and can strengthen the reasons for the divorce that have been submitted.

"As for the witnesses, we do not yet know who will be presented, but fundamentally they must be consistent with the lawsuit, later the witnesses will mainly strengthen our lawsuit," she stated," Tiara revealed.

1. The Divorce Lawsuit is Still Ongoing

Tiara also conveyed that this divorce lawsuit is still ongoing for strong reasons. According to Tiara, the main reason that Tengku Dewi insists on getting a divorce is the alleged infidelity committed by Andrew Andika. "The reason for the divorce is still due to infidelity," she stated.

As is known, the divorce hearing of Tengku Dewi Putri and Andrew Andika was held on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at the Religious Court (PA) of Cibinong, Bogor, West Java. However, the hearing, which was scheduled for mediation, had to be postponed until November 13, 2024. The reason for the postponement is that both parties were absent and were only represented by their respective legal teams.
