Kapanlagi.com - The case between Ashanty and Ayu Chairun Nurisa is currently in the public spotlight. Ayu reported the artist to the police for alleged seizure of personal assets and illegal access to her accounts. Not holding back, three reports were filed simultaneously to the South Tangerang Police and the South Jakarta Metro Police on September 18, 2025. In her report, Ayu claims that several of her belongings such as an iPhone, laptop, and house certificate were forcibly seized, and she even claimed to have been interrogated until the early hours by representatives of the company owned by Ashanty and Anang Hermansyah.
The dispute intensified after Ayu also accused the company she worked for over the past eight years of alleged tax evasion. On the other hand, Ashanty's side firmly denied all the allegations and presented evidence in the form of a Hand Over Minutes (BAST) that was allegedly written directly by Ayu without coercion. Ashanty's attorney, Indra Tarigan, stated that the former employee is actually playing the victim after previously admitting to embezzling company funds amounting to Rp 2 billion. Now, both parties are reporting each other to the police, making this case evolve into a complex and puzzling legal dispute.
Ashanty was reported by her former employee, Ayu Chairun Nurisa, for alleged asset seizure and illegal access. Ayu's side filed three police reports at once, one at the South Tangerang Police and two at the South Jakarta Metro Police on September 18, 2025.
"As for the case itself, Ashanty and her associates, as well as her employee, are reported for alleged acts of seizure, seizing assets owned by her former employee," said Stifan Heriyanto, Ayu's attorney, when met in Depok, West Java, on Friday (03/10/2025).
The items allegedly seized include a blue titanium iPhone 15 Pro, a Lenovo Ideapad laptop, the reporter's ID card, a wallet, and a BCA Bank ATM card. Not only that, but Ashanty is also accused of taking over Ayu's digital banking access.
Ayu Chairun Nurisa, Ashanty's former employee, finally revealed the chronology of the alleged asset seizure that led her to report the artist to the police. She claimed she was interrogated late into the night at the office of PT Hijau Dipta Nusantara, the company owned by Ashanty and Anang Hermansyah, on May 21, 2025. Ayu admitted to having made mistakes, but it was after that her personal belongings began to be forcibly taken.
"He started taking my phone. He took my phone, basically my phone, 'Take Ayu's phone, take it. Secure Ayu's phone first,' like that," revealed Ayu Chairun Nurisa when contacted via Zoom on Friday (03/10/2025). She also claimed to have received verbal intimidation from an employee named Tony. Following the incident, Ayu officially reported Ashanty to the South Jakarta Metro Police for alleged seizure and illegal access with report numbers LP/B/3440/IX/2025/SPKT and LP/B/3442/IX/2025/SPKT.
The feud between Ashanty and her former employee, Ayu Chairun Nurisa, has entered a new chapter following serious allegations regarding suspected tax evasion practices. "The money comes from the company name and then goes to my account first. So for operations, for salaries, it goes to my account. That's really how their SOP works," Ayu explained when contacted on Friday (03/10/2025). She considers this system to be unreasonable and suggests that its purpose is likely to evade tax obligations. "In my analysis, this is tax evasion, right, Ma'am?" she stated.
Ayu added that this practice is not new within the company, as other employees had experienced similar situations before her. "Before I came, it indeed went to the personal accounts of the people in charge. So the system was like that," she revealed. In response to this, Ayu's lawyer, Stifan Heriyanto, stated that they are ready to bring the matter to the tax authorities if the case against his client continues. "So if we notify the tax office for an audit, how would that go, right, Ma'am? If this continues, we will push forward," Stifan added.
A police report made by Ashanty's former employee, Ayu Chairun Nurisa, reveals an incident that occurred in the early hours and traumatized her family. According to Ayu's attorney, Stifan Heriyanto, Ashanty's side allegedly sent several employees to visit her client's house in the Cirendeu area on May 28, 2025, and forcibly took several assets.
"They took it between 02:00 and 03:00 in the morning," said Stifan Heriyanto in Depok, West Java, on Friday (03/10/2025). The action was witnessed directly by Ayu's family, leaving them frightened and powerless. "It was witnessed by our client's family. At that moment, her extended family felt traumatized and scared, and they couldn't do anything," he continued.
In the incident, several valuable items such as vehicles, gold jewelry, and house certificates were reported to have been taken without permission. Another member of Ayu's legal team, Azman, stated that the actions could not be justified even if they were claimed to be a form of collateral. "If it's based on collateral, it wouldn't be possible to take it at 02:00 or 03:00 at night. If we say we are robbers, that could still be possible, right?" added Azman. He further stated that the actions in the early morning caused severe psychological effects on Ayu's family. "Thus resulting in the household experiencing such depression," he said.
Ayu Chairun Nurisa, a former employee of Ashanty and Anang Hermansyah, expressed her disappointment after eight years of service at the couple's company. She feels that the treatment she received was very unfair, even though she has always been cooperative.
"After 8 years, to be treated like that, right?" added Azman, one of her lawyers. Ayu recounted that after the incident of alleged asset seizure, she tried to communicate with Ashanty's side. However, the return of her house certificate was done in a manner she considered inappropriate. "It was just that Bunda Ashanty wanted to return it through this Aris, just delivering the house certificate and that was also met on the side of the road," Ayu revealed.
In that meeting on the side of the road, Ayu admitted that she was again pressured not to involve other parties in resolving the issue. She also rejected Ashanty's side's reasoning that the asset seizure was done as a form of guarantee. According to her, that action cannot be justified because she never intended to flee and was always willing to cooperate. "At first, they said it was for a guarantee. But right from the start, I had already said I was cooperative, I would come if summoned and I also wouldn't run away," she explained.
Ashanty's party finally provided clarification regarding the police report filed by her former employee, Ayu Chairun Nurisa. Through their legal counsel Indra Tarigan and management representative Aris Maulana, they firmly denied the allegations of asset seizure directed at Ashanty. In a press conference in the Radio Dalam area, South Jakarta, on Saturday (04/10/2025), they presented evidence in the form of a Handover Minutes (BAST) written and signed directly by Ayu.
Indra Tarigan emphasized that the handover of assets such as cars, jewelry, and house certificates was done voluntarily by Ayu as a gesture of good faith. "Mrs. Ashanty and her family have never seized assets from Mrs. Ayu. In fact, the assets handed over by Mrs. Ayu are documented in the Handover Minutes dated May 22, 2025," he stated. He also added, "This was written by Ayu herself with full awareness and there was no coercion from Mrs. Ashanty and the company management. So if there are media reports stating that Mrs. Ashanty seized assets from Mrs. Ayu, we would like to clarify that this is a cruel slander."
Ashanty's party responded to the report from her former employee, Ayu Chairun Nurisa, by stating that Ayu is currently playing the victim. In a press conference in the Radio Dalam area, South Jakarta, on Saturday (04/10/2025), Ashanty's attorney, Indra Tarigan, presented two pieces of evidence that he claimed would refute all of Ayu's allegations, namely the Minutes of Asset Handover (BAST) and a written statement from Ayu acknowledging that she had embezzled company funds. "This is an extraordinary case of playing victim. This is very detrimental to the interests of Mrs. Ashanty and her family," asserted Indra Tarigan.
Indra also showed a letter dated May 24, 2025, containing Ayu's acknowledgment. "If Mrs. Ayu's statement that she embezzled 2 billion is true, this exists. She has admitted to embezzling company funds of approximately 2 billion Rupiah," he said. He added that the allegations of illegal access made by Ayu are also untrue because the laptop and phone were voluntarily handed over by Ayu herself. "The laptop and phone were indeed handed over by Mrs. Ayu to the management and Mrs. Ashanty. As if she did not commit embezzlement. She is challenging, right?" said Indra. With these two pieces of evidence, Ashanty's party is confident that the police report made by Ayu will not hold up.
"After this incident with the existing evidence and witnesses that we may present later, who are very competent, we will also take legal action. Because we will file a report, maybe later at the Metro Jaya Police," said Ashanty's attorney, Indra Tarigan, at a press conference in Radio Dalam, South Jakarta, Saturday (04/10/2025).
"This slander has a significant impact on Mrs. Ashanty and her family. But for sure, on this occasion, we also ask for blessings," he added. Responding to the tax embezzlement allegations made by Ayu's side, Indra referred to it as a diversion. "It's just a diversion actually. There is a possibility of a tax underpayment discrepancy from the money that has already been used by Mrs. Ayu," he concluded.
"Her husband came. He came to us pleading not to report it to the police. Her husband cried asking us because Ayu has two children. What will happen when reported to the police, who will take care of the children?" revealed Aris Maulana, a management representative at Radio Dalam, South Jakarta, Saturday (04/10/2025).
"Because they have good intentions and he also admitted it, that's why we management were asked to visit their home with him," explained Aris. He added that the house certificate that was handed over at that time was in the hands of Ayu's in-laws, so their presence was necessary. "Why did we come to their house? Because the owner of the certificate is her in-laws, her husband," he said.
Aris emphasized that the accusation of forced seizure in the early morning is a big slander that distorts the facts. "So when there is a framing narrative that it was seized at 3 AM, that is a big slander! In fact, we were asked to come to their house to voluntarily hand over her assets," he concluded.
Ayu, who has served for eight years, stated that the salary for the period until May 20, 2025, has not been paid by the company. "There hasn't been any payment, right? I am still working until May 20, but there is no salary," Ayu revealed at a press conference in Depok, West Java, on Monday (06/10/2025). She also added, "And I also haven't received the letter for the BPJS Employment."
Ayu's attorney, Endin, expressed regret over the treatment received by his client and emphasized that the company still has an obligation to fulfill the normative rights of employees, regardless of the ongoing criminal case. He added that they will issue a formal warning and take this matter to the realm of industrial relations disputes. Thus, the dispute between Ayu and Ashanty now extends into two legal realms, namely criminal and labor civil law.
Ayu Chairun Nurisa, a former employee of Ashanty, revealed a terrifying experience she had after a lengthy interrogation at the Lumiere office on May 21, 2025. After her phone and bag were confiscated, she was not allowed to go home immediately but was taken to the Kebayoran Lama Police Station in the early hours. "That night I was also taken to the Kebayoran Lama Police Station," Ayu revealed at a press conference in Depok, West Java, on Monday (06/10/2025). "I don’t know if they wanted to file a report or what, but I was taken to the Kebayoran Lama Police Station until about 1 AM. I waited in the car for almost 1 hour there," she recounted.
After waiting for a long time, Ayu was finally taken home by one of Ashanty's employees named Aris. However, at that time she was asked to hand over several items as collateral. "I was taken home. There Aris asked for collateral, asking for collateral. What items could be taken from Ayu, like that," she continued. From that moment, the handover of a car, a house certificate, and jewelry occurred, which now forms the basis of Ayu's police report. Her legal team considers the series of events from the interrogation to being taken to the police station outside of normal hours as a form of intimidation that cannot be justified.
