Ayu, Former Employee of Ashanty, Undergoes First BAP Related to Asset Seizure Report

A new chapter in the feud between Ashanty and her former employee, Ayu Chairun Nurisa, officially begins. Ayu, accompanied by her legal team, visited the South Jakarta Metro Police on Tuesday (07/10/2025) to undergo her first Examination Report (BAP) as the reporter.

Ayu's presence is a follow-up to two police reports she filed against Ashanty on September 18, 2025. The reports are related to allegations of asset seizure and illegal access.

Stifan Heriyanto, the legal counsel for Ayu, explained that his client was summoned to provide an initial clarification regarding her report.

"Today's agenda is the Clarification Report with the complainant, namely our client, Sister Ayu, at the South Jakarta Police's Resmob unit," said Stifan Heriyanto.

He emphasized that this examination covers two reports simultaneously, namely regarding the alleged seizure with report number LP/B/3440/IX/2025/SPKT and the alleged violation of the ITE Law with report number LP/B/3442/IX/2025/SPKT.

Ayu herself appeared strong and ready to face the legal process that will take place. She stated that she is undaunted and will follow all existing procedures.

"So far, it’s still safe, yes. Just waiting inside to see how it goes," Ayu said briefly.

This legal process is sure to be a marathon. After the examination at the South Jakarta Police, Ayu's side is also scheduled to undergo a similar examination at the South Tangerang Police the following day regarding the report from Ashanty.

"Tomorrow for the Jakarta Police, eh sorry, for tomorrow it’s the South Tangerang Police, at 2 PM," Stifan explained.

Ayu's arrival at the police station marks her first concrete step in seeking justice for the incident that befell her a few months ago, where she claimed her personal assets were forcibly taken.
