Ayu Chairun Nurisa, a former employee of Ashanty, is facing not only issues of alleged asset seizure. She also claims her rights as an employee have not been fulfilled by the company after she stopped working.

After serving for eight years, Ayu stated that her last salary for the work period until May 20, 2025, has not been paid. In addition, important documents related to BPJS Employment have also not been provided to her.

"In the end, there was nothing. I worked until May 20, and there was no salary," Ayu revealed at a press conference in Depok, West Java, on Monday (06/10/2025).

"And I also wasn't given the letter for BPJS Employment," she added.
