Ashanty's Side Accused of Using Employees' Accounts to Avoid Taxes

The feud between Ashanty and her former employee, Ayu Chairun Nurisa, has entered a new, more serious chapter. Ayu's side openly accused Ashanty's company of using employees' personal accounts for alleged tax evasion practices.

This accusation was made directly by Ayu while explaining her position as a finance staff member at the company. According to her, it has become the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of the company to transfer operational funds, including employee salaries, through her personal account first.

"The money comes from the company name and then goes to my account first. So for operations, for salaries, it goes to my account. That's indeed how their SOP works," Ayu explained when contacted on Friday (03/10/2025).

When asked further about the purpose of the transfer system, Ayu firmly stated that it was done to avoid tax obligations.

"In my analysis, this is to avoid taxes, right, Miss?" she said. She added, "But it's first deposited into the employee's personal account to avoid taxes, like that."

Ayu admitted that she was not the first person whose account was used for this system. Before her, other employees in the same position had also done the same thing.

"Before, it was indeed to the personal account of the person in charge. So the system was like that," he revealed.

With this serious allegation, Ayu's legal team even signaled their readiness to take this matter to the tax realm if the case against their client continues.

"So if we notify the tax office for an audit, how do you think that will go, Miss? If it continues, we will push forward, right?" added Stifan Heriyanto, Ayu's attorney."Push forward, push forward, brother, push forward," Ayu responded firmly.
