Former Employee of Ashanty Reveals Moment Taken to Police Station at Midnight

A series of terrifying events experienced by Ayu Chairun Nurisa, a former employee of Ashanty, did not stop at the interrogation until late at night. She claimed to have been taken to the police station in the early hours and left waiting in the car for almost an hour.

This incident is a continuation of the interrogation that took place at the Lumiere office on May 21, 2025. After her phone and bag were confiscated, Ayu was not immediately allowed to go home. Instead, she was taken by Ashanty's party to the Kebayoran Lama police station.

According to her, at that time she did not know exactly what the purpose of Ashanty's party was in bringing her to the police station. Upon arriving there around 1 AM, she was instead asked to wait in the car.

"She didn’t know if they were going to make a report or what, but I was taken to the Kebayoran Lama Police Station until 1 AM. I waited in the car for almost an hour there," she recounted.

Waiting alone in the car in the middle of the night at the police station certainly became a heavy psychological pressure for her.

After almost an hour, he was finally taken home by one of Ashanty's employees named Aris."I was taken home. There Aris asked for guarantees, asked for guarantees. What are the items that can be taken from Ayu, like that," he continued.

This moment then led to the handover of a car, house certificate, and jewelry, which have now become the core of the police report made by Ayu's side.

Ayu's legal team believes that the series of events from the interrogation, phone seizure, to taking her to the police station outside of normal hours is a form of intimidation that cannot be justified.
