Lately, the names Mischka and Devon have been widely discussed on social media. Especially for young people, the content that went viral on TikTok made viewers feel envious and amazed by the hundreds of medals that Mischka and Devon have won in just one year. 

With their expertise in Mathematics, they are very experienced in solving these numbers. However, Mathematics is a subject that most young people tend to avoid. 

Nevertheless, Mischka and Devon are also active on social media, sharing their knowledge of Mathematics and English. The content they provide is very helpful for young people who struggle with understanding English and solving Mathematics problems. 

1. Getting to Know Mischka and Devon

Mischka Aoki, the older sibling born in 2008, and Devon Kei Enzo, the younger sibling born in 2009. They are known as siblings who have brought honor to Indonesia on the international stage by winning over 100 medals in the International Mathematics and Science Olympiad. Both of them were appointed as the National Defense Cadre of the Republic of Indonesia in 2021 by the Ministry of Defense, Pancasila Achievement Icon by BPIP RI in 2022, Inspirational Young Figures by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and World Record holders for their achievements in Mathematics and Science International competitions.

Not only that, Mischka and Devon also created the Million Dreams social program in 2022. This program aims to visit schools in Indonesia, provide scholarships to children in Indonesia to participate in international Olympiads, and conduct free online Mathematics and Science tutoring classes. They also share educational content through their Instagram and Tiktok accounts named @mischkadevon.

2. Career Journey

Mischka and Devon are the children of an international fashion designer from Indonesia, Winnie Aoki. Meanwhile, their father is of Japanese descent. The mother often designs luxurious clothing for famous singers like Beyonce. Her work has also become a favorite of other Hollywood celebrities like Victoria Beckham, Kardashian, Sarah Jessica Parker, Tom Cruise.

Mischka and Devon used to live in Perth, Australia. In 2010, they moved to Jakarta and attended ACS Jakarta. Because of their achievements, while they were still very young, Mischka and Devon received offers to take advanced programs that were far above their level at school in California, United States. Mischka delved into Law and Order, while Devon took Advanced High School Math Courses designed for students at the high school level. Therefore, if we usually go to school in the morning, they start school in the evening until early morning due to the time difference. 

Besides studying, do they have any other entertainment? Of course, they do. They are just like other young people. Mischka spends his free time watching Netflix or reading books. Meanwhile, Devon spends his free time playing brain-training games, reading books, and sometimes doing math problems for practice. Maybe for some people, their hobbies are quite heavy, but this is how they are able to maintain and acquire other knowledge. 

3. Achievements and Awards

Mischka and Devon received the MURI Record for their achievements in the field of Mathematics and International Science in 2022. They received the award as the Icon of Pancasila Achievement from the Pancasila Ideology Development Agency (BPIP) and were selected as Inspirational Young Figures in an event organized by the Indonesian Ministry of Youth and Sports. In early 2023, Mischka and Devon were chosen as the winners of the Proudest Moment of The Year Award at the Musyawarah Award 2022 event organized by Mata Najwa, Narasi TV. Mischka was also recognized as one of the youngest inspirational figures and became one of the 50 Persona Femina Figures in April 2023.

Recently, Mischka and Devon were appointed as Friends of Mensa by Mensa Indonesia. Mensa is an international community that gathers people with exceptional intellectual abilities or above-average IQ.

Wow, they have achieved so much despite their young age. However, they also always support young people in Indonesia to be creative and excel in their interests. Their perseverance serves as a lesson for young people to stay motivated in pursuing their dreams.
