One of Uya Kuya's cats that was successfully rescued by a rescuer was picked up by Sherina the following morning.
According to the latest update, the cat is safe and is currently being temporarily fostered by Sherina. However, the condition of the rescued cat is very concerning.
Sherina explained that the cat's body is thin to the point that the bones can be felt when stroked. This indicates a lack of intensive care even before the looting incident occurred.
According to Sherina, there are likely around 16 to 20 cats being bred at Uya Kuya's house.
However, only one cat has been confirmed safe, while the whereabouts of the others are still unknown. The same goes for Eko Patrio's cat.
Indira Diandra, a non-profit activist in the field of animal welfare, is helping to document photos and characteristics of Uya Kuya's missing cat to make the search easier and more accurate.
Recent information indicates that several cats may have been taken by others or released onto the streets.
Through her X account, Indira Diandra also conveyed that she has coordinated directly with Cinta Kuya, the daughter of Uya Kuya.
It turns out that the cat currently being fostered by Sherina is indeed one of the cats that came from Uya Kuya's home after the looting.
