2. Estimated Amount of Inheritance

Although initially hesitant to reveal the exact amount, Mr. Faisal finally answered the curiosity. According to Mr. Faisal, the amount is not as much as many people estimated.

"I will mention it here. There is one insurance worth Rp 113 million, another one worth Rp 20 million, and another one worth Rp 500 million for an 18-year-old child. If I estimate the money in the bank, it is around Rp 300 million after deducting. What is being fought over?"

3. Reasons Why Mr. Faisal Keeps Fighting

Although Mr. Faisal believes that the amount of inheritance money from both deceased individuals is not much, he will still fight for it. He does all of this for his beloved grandchildren.

"As their grandfather, I want to save it for my grandchildren. So that they won't say, 'Why isn't there anything from my mother?'. That's the only issue. Maybe I will spend more than that to fight for it," said Mr. Faisal.

4. Fight for Gala's Rights

Hotman then asked further, what exactly will be fought for by Mr. Faisal. Firmly, Mr. Faisal answered that he will fight for Gala's custody rights and the rights of his grandchildren.

"What I am actually fighting for is guardianship rights. But I also want everything to go to Gala. So, I am indeed fighting for my grandchild," he said firmly.

5. The Late's Debt

In addition to assets, Mr. Faisal then explained that the late also had debt. But for now, he cannot pay it because Mr. Faisal still feels that he is not entitled to touch the late's money, as there is no clarity about inheritance rights.

"The value is not much. And even that is not certain if there will be (credit card) bills from the bank. The installments that need to be paid are that much. How much is left. Indeed, I have received SMS and WhatsApp messages, there is debt for materials here, there is debt for this here. But I said, let's solve our problems first. When I am entitled as a guardian, then I will act. If I am not entitled as a guardian, how can I pay his debt?" explained Mr. Faisal.
