The Joys and Sorrows of Comedians on 'Pas Buka FM', Adjis Doa Ibu Talks About Seniority

This year’s Ramadan has become a very productive moment for the trio of comedians Adjis Doa Ibu, Indra Jegel, and Ardit Erwandha. They have now been appointed as regular hosts in the Pas Buka FM program airing on Trans7 television station.

Filming for 30 full days is certainly not an easy task for them. Although the schedule is very packed from pre-dawn meals until breaking fast, they all admit to enjoying the experience of working with top comedians. Here are the details.

Adjis Doa Ibu revealed that the atmosphere on set is far from stiff or having a gap between seniors and juniors. According to him, senior comedians are actually very welcoming to those who are new faces in the world of television comedy.

"It's really fun because I met Mr. Surya, Mr. Wendy, Mr. Haji Andre, and Mrs. Ayu. The nice thing is that we, as new comedians, feel really welcomed when we meet comedians of their caliber. So there is no seniority gap," he said after the Ramadan Berbagi Trans7 event, Ngabuburit & Buka Puasa Bersama 100 Orphans, in the Buncit Raya area, South Jakarta, Tuesday (10/03/2026).

Not only inside the studio, this year's program also features direct interaction with the community outside the shooting location. This is done as a form of concern for the less fortunate residents during this holy month.

Indra Jegel explained that there is a special segment designed for direct interaction with the community. This segment has become one of the most anticipated by the audience because it involves surprises for the lucky residents. "The name of the segment is YTTA. YTTA. The One Who Asks Adjis," said Indra Jegel.

Ardit Erwandha added that the segment is quite unique because it involves Adjis Doa Ibu as the center of attention. Lucky citizens who can answer the questions will receive appreciation in the form of cash.

"That's right. For the audience who sees Mr. Adjis wearing a vest, if asked, they usually answer directly and are immediately given money. Just poke Adjis. Even if there is no camera, just poke him right away," replied Ardit Erwandha.

Maintaining stamina during the month of Ramadan is acknowledged by comedians as their biggest challenge. "Yes, so as usual, we still need to exercise beforehand since we are on standby at 2 PM. So in the afternoon, we exercise for a bit first," explained Adjis Doa Ibu.
