Actress Marissa Anita officially holds a new status after her divorce petition was granted by the panel of judges. The divorce lawsuit against her husband, Andrew Trigg, was decided by the Central Jakarta District Court through the e-court system.

The court has verified the data through the Case Information Tracking System (SIPP) with the result that the lawsuit was fully granted by law to terminate their marriage in Central Jakarta on Monday (26/1/2026).

"So according to the data in SIPP case number 785, the divorce case with the plaintiff Marisa Anita and Trik Andre David, yes, today it is decided as in the SIPP data, the decision grants the lawsuit in its entirety," said Sunoto at the Central Jakarta District Court on Monday (26/1/2026).

"Thus, with that lawsuit decision, it certainly states that the divorce between Marisa Anita and Trik Andre David is declared final due to the divorce," he added.

"As stated in the considerations based on Government Regulation No. 75 of 1975 Article 19, the divorce is based on the grounds of continuous disputes and it is impossible to expect reconciliation. Therefore, based on this foundation, the panel has granted the divorce ruling," said Sunoto.

Sunoto explained that in case number 785, there was no discussion regarding the division of assets. The couple chose to focus solely on the separation without any other disputes.

The party of Andrew Trigg as the defendant was cooperative during the trial and accepted all points of the lawsuit without any legal resistance to the panel of judges.

"It seems there is no property division, and there is also nothing regarding the children. The defendant was present in the trial and subsequently gave approval without any objections," explained Sunoto.

The closure of this case was marked by the uploading of the official decision document by the court into the digital system. After its status is final, the plaintiff just needs to wait for the copy of the document. All post-divorce administrative processes are now conducted online for the efficiency of time for both parties involved.

"The decision today is the 26th, yes, January 26, 2026. The decision is made via e-court, uploaded to e-court, and the concerned party will later download the decision through their attorney," concluded Sunoto.
